These Regulations may be cited as the Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 and shall come into operation on 10th November 2009 except for regulations 2(2) and (3) and 3 which shall come into operation on 4th December 2009.

In these Regulations—

  • “the Order” means the Child Support (Northern Ireland) Order 1991.
