These Regulations consolidate the Oil and Fibre Plant Seeds Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1994, as amended by the Oil and Fibre Plant Seeds (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996, the Seeds (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997, the Oil and Fibre Plant Seeds (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000, the Oil and Fibre Plant Seeds (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2001, the Seeds (Fees) (No.2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002, the Oil and Fibre Plant Seeds (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2003, and the Oil and Fibre Plant Seed (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2004 and the Seeds (Miscellaneous Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008.
