Coming into operation
The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19721 and section 56(1), (2) and (5) of the Finance Act 19732, with the consent of the Department of Finance and Personnel3.
The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development is a Northern Ireland department designated4 for the purposes of the said section 2(2) in relation to the common agricultural policy of the European Community.
