The Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety makes the following regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 16(2), 17(4), 18(3), (4) and (5) of, and paragraphs 5 and 11(1) of Schedule 4 to, the Health and Social Care (Reform) Act (Northern Ireland) 2009(1).
