Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) This order may be cited as the General Register Office (Fees) Order (Northern Ireland) 2010 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2011.
(2) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(1) shall apply to this Order as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.
Fees payable
2. The fee payable under a statutory provision specified in column 1 of the Schedule in respect of the matter specified in relation to it in column 2 shall be the fee specified in relation to it in column 3.
Revocation
3. The General Register Office (Fees) Order (Northern Ireland) 2008(e) is hereby revoked.
