These Regulations amend the Fair Employment Tribunal (Rules of Procedure) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 (S.R. 2005 No. 151) (“the 2005 Regulations”), the most substantive amendments to which have previously been made by S.R. 2005 No. 579.

The Department for Employment and Learning1makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 84(1), (2)(h), (2A)(a), (2B) and (3) of the Fair Employment and Treatment (Northern Ireland) Order 19982 and now vested in it3.
