2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of Article 7 of the Road Traffic (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 1991(1) (compulsory training courses for riders of motor cycles) is 21st February 2011.
Article 7(4), in relation to the insertion of sub-paragraph (d) into Article 13(3) of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981, (6), (7)(a) and (7)(b) in relation to the insertion of sub-paragraph (b) into Article 14(3) of that Order were repealed by Schedule 4 to S.I. 1995/2994 (N.I. 18) and paragraphs (2), (4), (5) and (7) were amended by paragraph 3 of Schedule 2 to S.R. 1996 No.426
