Citation and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Dogs (Amendment) (2011 Act) (Commencement No.1) Order (Northern Ireland) 2011.

(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Dogs (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2011.

2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of the provisions of the Act listed in the Schedule is 28^th July 2011.
