In regulation 9(6) of the Occupational Pension Schemes (Preservation of Benefit) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 199151 (bought out benefits)—
a
for “sub-paragraphs (a) to (d)” substitute “sub-paragraphs (b), (c) and (d)”;
b
omit sub-paragraph (a).
