Transitional provision
4. The substitution in Article 15(2)(a) of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 1981 of a period of 5 years for a period of 10 years made by regulation 2(4)(a)(i) does not apply in relation to a licence granted before 19th January 2013.
