2. The following provisions of the Pensions (No. 2) Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 shall come into operation, in so far as they are not already in operation, on 8th June 2012—
(a)section 14(1) (review of earnings trigger and qualifying earnings band), and
(b)section 28(2) (certification that quality requirement or alternative requirement is satisfied).
