The Department for Social Development makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 18 of the Licensing and Registration of Clubs (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2011(1).
1. This Order may be cited as the Licensing and Registration of Clubs Amendment (2011 Act) (Commencement No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012.
2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of the provisions of the Licensing and Registration of Clubs Amendment Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 listed in the Schedule is 1st May 2012.

This Order provides for the coming into operation of the provisions of the Licensing and Registration of Clubs (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 listed in the Schedule to this Order, on 1st May 2012.
