The Department of the Environment makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(4), 2(4), (5) and (7), 3(2), (3), (6) and (7), 28(3), 30(1)(a) and (b), (2) and (3), 33(1)(e) and 56 of the Taxis Act (Northern Ireland) 20081.
