Appointment of Chair and members of Safeguarding Panels22

For the purposes of section 7(4)(a) of the Act—

a

the Safeguarding Board shall, with the approval of the Department, appoint a Chair of each of the Safeguarding Panels specified in column 1 of Schedule 2; and

b

the Safeguarding Board shall appoint the members specified in paragraphs (1)(b) to (j) of regulation 23.
