The Department of the Environment makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 1(3) of the Road Traffic (Northern Ireland) Order 2007(1).
Citation
1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (2007 Order) (Commencement No. 5) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012.
Amendment
2. In the Schedule to the Road Traffic (2007 Order) (Commencement No. 5) Order (Northern Ireland) 2010(2)—
(a)for the entry “Article 51” substitute “Article 51 (1) to (5)”; and
(b)for the entry “Article 52 (1) to (5)” substitute “Article 52”.
