EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order adds the office of member of the Commission for Victims and Survivors for Northern Ireland to the offices listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation (Northern Ireland) Order 1972 for which the Department of Finance and Personnel may make pension schemes. It has retrospective effect from 23 May 2008 by virtue of Article 3(7) of that Order.
