Dated 16th May 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 47(4) of the County Courts (Northern Ireland) Order 1980 and after consultation with the Lord Chief Justice, I allow these Rules which shall come into operation on 17th June 2013.
Sealed with the Official Seal of the Department of Justice on 20th May 2013.
(This note is not part of the Rules)
These Rules amend Form 19 of the County Court Rules (Northern Ireland) 1981 (S.R. 1981 No. 225) to clarify that, where it exceeds £15,000, the value of the estate must be specified on the Form. The amendment corrects provision made in Rule 19 of the County Court (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2013 which indicated the requirement applied to estates valued over £30,000.
S.I. 1980/397 (N.I.3) to which the most recent relevant amendment was made by the Northern Ireland Act 1998 (Devolution of Policing and Justice Functions) Order 2010 (S.I. 2010 No.976)
