The Department of Justice makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 4(1) of the Access to Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2003(1), and now vested in it(2).

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the Access to Justice (Membership of the Northern Ireland Legal Services Commission) Order (Northern Ireland) 2013 and shall come into operation on 1st September 2013.

Amendments to the Access to Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2003

2.  In the Access to Justice (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 (membership of the Northern Ireland Legal Services Commission), in Article 4(1)(b)—

(a)for “six” substitute “one”;

(b)for “ten” substitute “three”.
