This Order appoints the day for the purposes of Article 86(7) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005 for the coming into operation of the Pensions Regulator Code of practice no. 13: Governance and administration of occupational defined contribution trust-based pension schemes as 21st November 2013.
