Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Zoonoses (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2013 and shall come into operation on 1st May 2013.

(2) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(1) shall apply to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Northern Ireland Assembly.

Amendment of the Zoonoses (Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011

2.—(1) The Zoonoses (Fees) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011(2) shall be amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

(2) For Schedule 1 substitute the Schedule to these Regulations.
