These Regulations revoke and remake the Gangmasters Licensing (Exclusions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010. They make provision for the circumstances in which a licence to act as a gangmaster, granted under section 7 of the Gangmasters (Licensing) Act 2004 (c.11), is not required.
The circumstances in which a licence is not required are set out in the Schedule.
