The Universal Credit (Consequential, Supplementary, Incidental and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 4(1)(b) and 5(4) (as it has effect apart from section 1 of the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act (Northern Ireland) 2000) of Schedule 1 to the Child Support (Northern Ireland) Order 19911, sections 70(7) and 131(1), (5) and (6) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 19922, section 2(3)(b) and (7) of the State Pension Credit Act (Northern Ireland) 20023, Article 6(5) of the Jobseekers (Northern Ireland) Order 19954, section 4(2) of the Welfare Reform Act (Northern Ireland) 20075 and Articles 38, 48(1) and (2) and 101(4)(c) of, and paragraph 4(3) of Schedule 1 to, the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 20156.
