The Civil Legal Services (Financial) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015200 are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).

In regulation 5(1)—
a
at the end of sub-paragraph (c) omit “or”;
b
at the end of sub-paragraph (d) insert “or”; and
c
after sub-paragraph (d) insert—
e
or universal credit paid under Part 2 of the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015.

In regulation 30—
a
in the heading after “income support” insert “or universal credit”; and
b
in paragraph (2) after “income support” insert “or universal credit”.
