Amendments to the Civil Legal Services (Financial) RegulationsN.I.

61.—(1) The Civil Legal Services (Financial) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015(1) are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).

(2) In regulation 5(1)—

(a)at the end of sub-paragraph (c) omit “or”;

(b)at the end of sub-paragraph (d) insert “or”; and

(c)after sub-paragraph (d) insert—

“(e)or universal credit paid under Part 2 of the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015.”.

(3) In regulation 30—

(a)in the heading after “income support” insert “or universal credit”; and

(b)in paragraph (2) after “income support” insert “or universal credit”.
