The Department for the Economy, is a Northern Ireland Department designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19721 in relation to energy and energy sources2.

The Department for the Economy in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(2) of that Act makes the following Regulations.
