The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 145 and 146(2) and (3) of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 20051 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 146(5) of the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005, a draft of this Order has been laid before, and approved by resolution of, the Scottish Parliament.
