The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 153(3), 155(1)(c) and (2), and 207(4) of the Equality Act 20101 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 153(4) of that Act, they have consulted the Commission for Equality and Human Rights.
In accordance with section 210 of that Act2, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
