The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 40(1), (3) and (4) and 52(4) of the Transport (Scotland) Act 2005(1) and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 52(3) of that Act, a draft of this Order has been laid before, and approved by resolution of, the Scottish Parliament.
1. This Order may be cited as the National Bus Travel Concession Scheme for Older and Disabled Persons (Scotland) Amendment Order 2013 and comes into force on 1st April 2013.
2.—(1) The National Bus Travel Concession Scheme for Older and Disabled Persons (Scotland) Order 2006(2) is amended as follows.
(2) At the end of article 12(2B)(b) (capped level of funding) omit “and”.
(3) At the end of article 12(2B)(c) insert—
“;
(d)for the financial year beginning on 1st April 2013 £187,000,000; and
(e)for the financial year beginning on 1st April 2014 £192,000,000”.
(4) After article 12(2C) (reimbursement rate) insert—
“(2D) The reimbursement rate is—
(a)60% for the financial year beginning on 1st April 2013; and
(b)58.1% for the financial year beginning on 1st April 2014.”.

This Order amends article 12 of the National Bus Travel Concession Scheme for Older and Disabled Persons (Scotland) Order 2006 to set the capped level of funding and the reimbursement rate for the financial years 2013/14 and 2014/15 (article 2).
