Prescribed personsTitle of form

(a)The householder or joint householders, or the person or persons for the time being acting as householder or joint householders of every household, or where there is no householder or acting householder and there are no joint householders or acting joint householders of that household, the members of that household who are aged 16 years or over on census day.

“Household Form”.

(b)Any person mentioned in column (2) in Group II, III, IV, V, VI, VII or VIII in Schedule 1 to the Census Order.

“Individual Form”.

(c)Any person making an individual return in accordance with article 5(5) of the Census Order.

“Individual Form”.

(d)The manager, chief resident officer or other person for the time being in charge of any premises mentioned in Groups II, III or IV in Schedule 1 to the Census Order; the director or governor or other person for the time being in charge of any premises mentioned in Group V in that Schedule; the commanding officer or other person for the time being in charge of any premises or vessel mentioned in Group VI in that Schedule; and the captain, master or other person for the time being in charge of any vessel mentioned in Group VII in that Schedule.

“Communal Establishment Form”.
