This Order revokes the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning) (Orkney) (No. 2) (Scotland) Order 1999 (“the principal Order”) which prohibited–fishing for or taking of scallops of the class pecten maximus and Queen scallops of the class chlamys opercubis within the area designated in the Schedule to that Order (article 3);movement of such scallops out of that area (article 5); andlanding, using in the preparation or processing for supply of food of, supplying and other specified activities in relation to, such scallops from the designated area (article 6).
