These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (Choice of Medical Practitioner) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 6th July 2000.

In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the National Health Service (Choice of Medical Practitioner) (Scotland) Regulations 19982.
