Whereas the Aberdeen Harbour Board have applied for a harbour revision order under section 14 of the Harbours Act 19641 (hereinafter called “the Act”):

Now therefore the Scottish Ministers in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 14 of the Act2 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:—
