The day appointed for the coming into force of–
a
section 4(a) and (b);
b
section 17, insofar as it relates to the provisions in schedule 4 specified in paragraph (c); and
c
paragraphs 2, 4(a) and (b), 6, 10, 13, 17(b)(i) and (ii) of schedule 4,
of the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 2003 is 31st May 2003.
