This Act of Sederunt amends the Act of Sederunt (Summary Applications, Statutory Applications and Appeals etc. Rules) 1999. The amendments are in consequence of the International Criminal Court (Scotland) Act 2001. A new Part XX sets out the procedure for–obtaining a production and access order under Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the 2001 Act (rule 3.20.2); andobtaining a search warrant under Part 2 of Schedule 5 to the 2001 Act (rule 3.20.3).
