The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 173 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 19941 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf and after consulting the Scottish Tourist Board, and all relevant local authorities in accordance with section 173(4) of that Act hereby make the following Order:
Citation, commencement and interpretation1

This Order may be cited as the Scottish Network 2 Tourist Board Scheme Amendment Order 2004 and shall come into force on 1st December 2004.

In this Order, “the principal Order” means the Scottish Network 2 Tourist Board Scheme Order 20042.
