Citation and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Primary Medical Services (Scotland) Act 2004 (Commencement) Order 2004.

(2) In this Order–

“the 1978 Act” means the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978(1);

“the 2004 Act” means the Primary Medical Services (Scotland) Act 2004; and

“the Interpretation Order” means the Scotland Act 1998 (Transitory and Transitional Provisions) (Publication and Interpretation etc. of Acts of the Scottish Parliament) Order 1999(2).
