36. In regulation 2(b) of the Preserved Rights (Transfer to Responsible Authorities) (Scotland) Regulations 2002(1) (disapplication of duties of a responsible authority under section 50(3) to (7)) for “after care service in accordance with section 7 of the Mental Health (Scotland) Act 1984” substitute “care and support services in accordance with section 25 of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003”.
