A person guilty of an offence under regulation 19(8) is liable–
a
on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum; or
b
on conviction on indictment to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years, to a fine or to both.

A person guilty of an offence under regulation 6(3), 10(8), 12 or 17 is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.

A person guilty of an offence under regulation 20 is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to both.
