Regulation 11

SCHEDULE 3AMENDMENTS

In the Pigs (Records, Identification and Movement) Order 1995 (S.I. 1995/11), for:

(a)condition 4 of Schedule 2;

(b)condition 3 of Schedule 3;

(c)condition 3 of Schedule 4;

(d)condition 4 of Schedule 6; and

(e)condition 4 of Schedule 7,

there shall in each case be substituted the following:–

• “Means of transport must be cleansed and disinfected in accordance with the Transport of Animals (Cleansing and Disinfection) (Scotland) Regulations 2005”.
