Revocations and amendmentS

41.—(1) The Dairy Produce Quotas (Scotland) Regulations 2002(1), the Dairy Produce Quotas (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2002(2) and the Dairy Produce Quotas (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2004(3) are revoked.

(2) In article 8(3)(b) of the Milk Development Council Order 1995(4), for “the Dairy Produce Quotas (Scotland) Regulations 2002” substitute “the Dairy Produce Quotas (Scotland) Regulations 2005(5)”.
