The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Erskine Bridge Tolls Act 19681 and of all others enabling them in that behalf, and having given not less than fourteen days' public notice in accordance with section 6(3) of that Act, hereby make the following Order:
