These Regulations may be cited as the Local Government Pension Scheme (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Regulations 2006.

These Regulations extend to Scotland only.

These Regulations shall come into force on 6th October 2006 but regulations 10, 14, 18(3), 21, 23, 24, 31 and 35 shall have effect from 6th April 2006.
