9. In subsection (1) of section 152 of the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980 (fire precautions and home insulation), for paragraph (a)(1) substitute–S
“(a)the functions under Part 3 of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 (asp 5) of an enforcing authority (as defined in section 61(9) of that Act);”.
