In section 24 of the Celluloid and Cinematograph Film Act 1922 (purposes to which the Act applies), in paragraph (iv) of the proviso, for the words “the Fire Precautions (Workplace) Regulations 1997” substitute “Part 3 of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 (asp 5)”.
