This Order may be cited as the National Health Service (Functions of the Common Services Agency) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Order 2006 and shall come into force on 18th December 2006.

In this Order “the principal Order” means the National Health Service (Functions of the Common Services Agency) (Scotland) Order 19742.
