Dumfries and Galloway Council has applied in writing to the Scottish Ministers for a Harbour Empowerment Order under section 16 of the Harbours Act 19641;
The Scottish Ministers are satisfied as mentioned in subsection (5) of the said section 16;
The Scottish Ministers2, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by that section, make the following Order:
