Amendment of the Victim Notification (Prescribed Offences) (Scotland) Order 2004

2.—(1) The Schedule to the Victim Notification (Prescribed Offences) (Scotland) Order 2004(1) is amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

(2) For paragraph 30 (road traffic) substitute–

• “An offence under any of the following provisions of the Road Traffic Act 1988 (c. 52)–

  (a)

  section 1 (causing death by dangerous driving);

  (b)

  section 2B (causing death by careless, or inconsiderate, driving);

  (c)

  section 3ZB (causing death by driving: unlicensed, disqualified or uninsured drivers);

  (d)

  section 3A (causing death by careless driving when under influence of drink or drugs).”.
