The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 105(7) and 108(1) of, and paragraph 6 of Schedule 1 and paragraph 8 of Schedule 5 to, the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 19781 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
