Timetable1
A Health Board election is to be conducted in accordance with the following timetable—
Proceeding | Time |

1. Publication of election notice | At least 49 (but no more than 56) days before the election day. |
2. Nomination period | Begins when election notice is published and ends at 5.00 p.m. on the day falling 35 days before the election day. |
3. Sending of voting packs | At least 28 (but no more than 33) days before the election day. |
4. Poll closes | 4.00 p.m. on the election day. |
