3. Decisions of the Scottish Ministers of the kinds referred to in paragraphs 1 to 13 of the Schedule apply in relation to holdings which are administered by them in accordance with the Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment and Support Schemes (Integrated Administration and Control System) Regulations 2005(1).
